About the Role: As an Apprentice at Target, you will have the opportunity to learn and work alongside seasoned engineering professionals to design innovative solutions. You will leverage your technology acumen to provide inputs, assist with the evaluation of new technologies, and contribute to the lifecycle management of services. Under guidance, you will deliver high-performance, scalable, and secure deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in construction, automation, debugging, and implementation activities. - Resolve frequently encountered technical issues and monitor systems capacity with minimal assistance. - Contribute to Target’s Intellectual Property by developing new retail ideas and algorithms. - Assist with the evaluation of new tools and contribute to operational excellence. What We Look For: - Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, or Circuit Branch specialization). - Maintained CGPA/Aggregate as prescribed with no active backlogs. - Strong passion for learning new tools & technologies. - Team player mindset with a "can-do" attitude and ability to deliver on commitments.
