About the Role: As a Junior Software Engineer, you will be designing and delivering solutions that scale to meet the needs of some of the largest and most innovative organizations in the world. You will work within an agile software development framework focused on development sprints and regular release cycles, owning the complete feature story. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed analysis of defined specifications, then develop and document designs that meet applicable standards. - Write code, unit tests, complete programming, and perform testing/debugging of moderately complex features. - Identify, analyze, and resolve moderately complex software inadequacies. - Help to automate Quality initiatives to improve Reliability, Scalability, and Quality of the software product. - Participate in Team code review sessions and attend requirement/design review discussions. - Assist in establishing estimates for the deliverables and work closely with extended teams (support/services/PM). Requirements & Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field. - Solid Java/Kotlin OR Objective C/Swift skills with strong Spring fundamentals. - Strong understanding of Android/iOS design patterns, Lifecycle, libraries, and eco-system. - Knowledge of Advanced Web development frameworks and platforms (Java/Java EE knowledge is a plus). - Knowledge of transaction-based systems, RDBMS, and Scrum or other Agile methodologies. - Excellent written and oral communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
