We collect your email, WhatsApp number, and name when you submit forms on our site (for Resume Roast, Job Security Score, Horoscopes, or Job Alerts). If you upload a resume, we parse it to generate analysis.

2. Temporary CV Storage

We do not store your raw resume text on our servers long-term. As soon as we finish parsing and roasting/optimizing it, the text is deleted, unless you explicitly opt in to save it for future job matching.

3. WhatsApp & Email Communications

When you subscribe to Job Alerts or Horoscope lists, you give us permission to send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the opt-out link in emails or replying "STOP" on WhatsApp. We do not sell your numbers to third-party spammers.

4. Third-Party Email Processors

We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) as our third-party email service provider to manage our email lists and send transactional job alerts. By opting in to email alerts, you acknowledge that your email address and name will be shared with Brevo solely for the purpose of dispatching these messages. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe links in the footer of any alert email.

5. Data Deletion Requests

If you wish to request the deletion of your personal contact data (email, phone number, saved reports, or quiz results), please email us at privacy@milegajob.in. We will process your deletion request and completely remove all associated records from our active database within 48 hours.
