Salesforce is hiring an Associate Technical Support Engineer to join their Support Success Organization.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer-submitted support cases and help diagnose technical issues.
• Troubleshoot product bugs, configuration problems, and integration failures.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex cases.
• Document solutions, contribute to internal knowledge bases, and write clear bug reports for Engineering.
Required & Desired Skills:
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience with Salesforce/Informatica products (Power center, EDC, DQ, CDI, CAI, MDM, etc.).
• Experience with programming languages (Java, C++, Python, Bash) and web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and networking fundamentals (DNS, HTTP, REST APIs).
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms).
• Good to have: Experience using and guiding LLM coding assistants and agent-based frameworks (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini).
