• Strong foundational knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, C++, Python)
• Good understanding of Database Management Systems (SQL)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
